He discussed our project, made excellent suggestions, showed us samples of the pavers and designs and made himself available to us at odd hours. The installation of the new walkway went well and was done very professionally. We've had several compliments. The landscape design was not professional and was not well thought-out. It was clear that the design was not done by a professional/experienced horticulturist or landscape design professional. The estimates came in higher than others and we decided not to use them for our landscaping project. The tree removal/pruning was done OK. They took reasonable care to protect our lawn. However, they left one tree that was to be removed. I called back and left a message, but the call was never returned and the work never completed. The tree crew also damaged (knocked-down) both sides of a stone wall that flanks the driveway and they never notified me of the damage. I only discovered it after they left. I left several messages with the company and it took almost two weeks until my call was returned acknowledging that they would repair the walls. When the repair was done, it was a nice job."
