"I was very pleased on all interactions and work performed by A Plus Roofing. They were flexible and responsive through the whole process and gave me a fair deal. Despite trying to contact many roofers who were not available or reliable, I read the Angi reviews and called A Plus. I read Eric from A Plus was the only roofer who actually went on the roof to estimate which I know from experience set them apart from the others that had come to quote me. Eric did just that. He went on the roof and quoted me only for what needed to be replaced (an area of shingles) but also assessed the rest of the roof. He didn't try to sell me a new roof. Also, kudos to Vincenza from the office who regularly reached out and organized appts that worked around the icy weather and our availability. The on site team was competent, efficient, tidy and quick. Highly recommend A Plus (and we're formerly in the construction business so that means a lot!). "Charles Stewart Roofing installed new roof in my house in Forest Hills, New York about 4 year ago in 2017 with 10-year all labor and material warranty. This month during the recent storm the roof was leaking very heavily in exact same area it leaked last time that led to the installation of the new roof. I contacted Charles Stewart Roofing and provided with video of leaking with water streaming from ceiling and pictures of damaged ceiling etc. Charles promptly responded via text message promising to repair the roof. "I wanted my roof to look better and needed someone to kill off some moss, lichens and darkening stains on the roof. The crew did a great job. Very professional. Cleaned up perfectly at the end. I really appreciate they used non-chlorine bleach to kill all growths. Living on a lake, it was very important to me that they not add any phosphates or chlorine to the lake water. "From estimate to job completion, it was a wonderful experience. I felt that Joe was thorough and professional in his estimate and took the time to explain what was and wasn't going on in my attic and the service that his company could provide. They were a tiny more expensive than their competitors (I always get multiple estimates) but I felt I would get a trustworthy service from Atticrawl because I felt comfortable with what Joe was explaining. Francisco and his four-man crew arrived super early (6:45 am although they waited until 7:05 am to ring the bell) and wasted no time prepping my house from the door to the attic (in the master closet) with plastic and tarps. They weren’t able to get the screen out of my window so they were forced to haul all the bags of old insulation down the steps and out the front door. They were very efficient with their time with Francisco sharing photos with me once all the baffles were in and the space was emptied out and cleaned. They then added the new insulation, removed all the plastic and tarps and vacuumed my house wherever they had tramped. They didn’t leave a scrap of debris or anything behind inside or outside my house. Great job! They were done and gone by 12:30 pm. Gatsios knew their business very well and were able to answer our detailed questions, as we had interviewed many roofing companies before choosing them so we were extremely thorough with our vetting process. We removed the old roof, and replaced the entire roof including two skylights. The installers were professional and did good quality work. The entire project was completed in two days. "Vinny and his team at McLeod Brothers were fantastic to work with. Our new home had its original wood shake roof (100 years old) with 4 layers of asphalt shingles layered on top. Vinny was extremely communicative, honest, and diligent - he stopped by the site almost every day to check-in. His team was incredibly efficient and very hard working. With a complete roof removal and installation there is always going to be some debris around the home (old roofing and nails), but his team did an incredible job of cleaning up.
