"T. was great to work with. He was knowledgeable, and accommodating. I wanted a specific color (blue) to match trim on house.....that wasn't possible, nothing T. did. The paint was the trouble. T. was honest and offered options. We selected grey which T. painted himself. Very happy with the choice. He also completed the siding all the way down to where the doors are (not done by prior owners), and replaced damaged siding unrelated to door replacement. He worked meticulously. Would highly recommend and higher in the future."

The first bathroom was a complete redesign and rebuild replacing a small tub with a built-in shower with frameless glass doors. The room was reconfigured with the linen closet door added to the hallway, saving space within the bathroom. This new bathroom is an extraordinarily modern and efficient design. The second bathroom was a major update preserving the features we wished to keep, but updating the floor, fixtures, cabinet, regrouting the shower tiles, etc. Central air conditioning including all duct work was also done during this project. "My wife and I purchased a distressed property a few years ago and one room in particular, the sun room, was an eyesore and in dire need of attention. We had just installed new windows and were not making any progress on the other items on our list. We found Jim's name on a list of local contractors recommended by our realtor, and his estimate was reasonable. Jim's team removed a ceramic tile floor and installed new baseboards and a floating engineered hardwood. A tile ceiling was removed, and the drywall ceiling underneath was repaired, and a new ceiling fan and light fixture installed. "Greg did many jobs in my house- removed a load bearing wall, lay tiles for a new floor, drywall, removing a door, custom building closet cabinets, custom building a kitchen island. All of it was done with professionalism and satisfaction. The last job he did for me was to paint existing kitchen cabinets which ran into a problem with the paint colors not coming out right from the store. It took some time but he came back to the end with the last being the 6th time to make it right. I would definitely hire Greg again because he produces jobs that are high quality and long lasting solutions."
