Midway through, he said my roof plywood was below code, and that I needed major attic reconstruction, including rebuilding all of the roof valleys. The reconstruction turned out to be quite limited. I believe he overcharged by tens of thousands. He first underquoted, then added thousands once work began on the foundation project. Sean is in breach of contract and warranty."

We knew we needed a roof but figured he may “patch” it til better weather. Ian and his crew did the new roof! Told us step by step what they would do and started right away!
