It was a challenging project due to the positioning of a large boulder near the house, and the need to tie the entryway into the exit from the garage under the house. Although the manufacturer's installation instructions specify glue-down method (which was the original method we selected, and paid for in the end), Frederick pushed for floating floor installation. The website is very clear on glue-down only for these dimensions, but Frederick has not responded to any communication since December 20. Price of materials+delivery: $3,268.37+$300 Price of installation: $2842.45 Total paid to GC: $6410.82"
