"I have used Lance several times in the past, they are always do what they say they will do and do it in a timely manner.  Whenever I have work that needs to be done on my houses, I always call Lance Roofing and recommend them to family and friends.  And no, I am not related to any of them :)

"Tim with Tristate Service Home Repair responded quickly to my request for service and had one of the company’s employees scheduled and at my home in good time. Repair work was done professionally and using the right materials for the job. I had additional projects completed as a result of how well the original work was done. I’m impressed with Tristate Service and Home Repair and recommend them for any of your home repairs."

"These guys are apparently experts in roofing"

"I have used Advantage roofing for smaller issues over the past ten years and have been happy with their work. Even so, I still got other estimates when it came time to replacing my roof. I decided to go with Advantage again because of their prompt responsiveness, professionalism, and fair pricing. They were upfront and honest so there would be no surprises. They arrived on the scheduled day and did a great job on the roof replacement, Everything was cleaned up nicely. The gutters and gutter guards were replaced at a later date due to their workload, but I was made aware of this from the beginning. They were replaced and they look and work great. I'm extremely happy with my experience and with the outcome of the work. The owner, Tim Mallory, will personally check on the work. Jonna and Scott were also great to work with. I highly recommend Advantage Roofing if you are needing a new roof and gutters."

"Fusion Roofing was punctual for both our appointment for an estimate and also for work. Their quote for high quality shingle was by far the best of the four estimates we received. They were also promptly responded to emails and phone calls. There were a few glitches - ensuring contract had selected shingle color, placement of vents, and the gutter guard sub contractor. However, Fusion responded promptly, appropriately, and patiently to each concern. While it would be nice not to have any challenges, the fact that they were so responsive and quickly rectified each concern was reassuring and the reason we would hire again. It would be hard to beat their pricing and customer responsiveness. It was clear that the number one priority was customer satisfaction."

"got a quote through text msg and couple calls, set up the time. the person shows up on time, finish quick, repair other issues he saw. definitely hire them again."

"Adrian was very quick and knowledgeable to diagnose the problem with my roof, and the team that performed the repair were very thorough. Took longer to finish stomping the ceiling due to the drywall patch not drying in time, but I was glad that, rather than try to speed through the repair and make it sloppy, they waited for it to set and do the repair right so it looked good. Have already recommended them to a friend, hopefully he is able to use them and will be satisfied."

"They did an excellent job period. The stone was cut and matched really well to the rest of the stone. Except for the sound of the equipment and the breaking of stone I hardly knew they were there. The worksite was always neat, and everything was cleaned up when they left. They did not ask for any money up front and were very pleasant and professional. This is such a specific type of work that requires a very special skill set that I was afraid I wouldn't find anyone able to do this type of repair or willing to work on a relatively small job. But they did it, and did it well!"

"This is the second time I have contracted with Quality Counts Painting and both experiences were outstanding. In this case, I had just completed some bathroom remodeling and needed to have the room painted. It also seemed like a good time to have the trim refreshed. I thought with my deep-pile, light-colored Frieze carpet painting base boards would be a challenge but it didn't seem to phase Pat. I had not expected it but as they found caulking around doors and windows in need of repair they fixed it. Selecting a paint color to match the new bathroom tile presented a challenge for me. Dennis brought paint chips and suggested a couple of options. He acquired samples and helped me make a selection. I had previously decided that I wanted a faux finish on the walls. Tom did all the prep work and base coats before Dennis came in to do the sponging. Great results!! Tom and Pat were here for the bulk of the project. I cannot compliment them enough on their professionalism, work ethic, and skill. Besides all that they were just fun to be around. Great crew and terrific results ... I could not be happier."

"My house 80 year old house is 1/2 brick and 1/2 stucco. When I noticed some water damage on one of my interior walls, I took a good look at the exterior of the house and realized that I had a lot of mortar that had eroded over the years and a section of stucco under a second floor  window which had cracked and pulled away from the house.
Grover came out to inspect the house and determine which sections of brick would need to be repaired. I really appreciate that he didn't just address the area of the house that was leaking. He went a step further and found every spot around the exterior where the mortar was breaking down. I'm sure that some people would have either ignored this step, or told me that they would have to tuck point the entire house which would have cost me a lot of money. Instead, I got every trouble spot on my house repaired and no unnecessary work done.
The stucco that he repaired looks amazing. He matched the original texture exactly. On top of all this, the price was very reasonable. I don't feel like I could have gotten a better deal for the work done.
