"Early in the fall I contacted Ron to clean our gutters but ask that he wait until all the leaves were down. The weather did not cooperate but Ron and his wife and daughter came out on Christmas Eve and clean our gutters. The work was complete in less than an hour. The cleanup was perfect. "Detroit City Sweep came to two of my properties to repair a total of three fireplaces. They did a fine job repairing one gas fireplace and adding caps to my chimney. I had a second gas fireplace that they needed to order a part for. I had to call them half a dozen times to get them to order the part and come back to the house to install it. When they finally did, it turns out they ordered the wrong part. After multiple calls they came out a second time, and again, it was the wrong part. Three weeks passed and on the third visit they brought the wrong part again and said the correct part was going to cost me twice what they originally quoted. I would like to recommend Detroit City Sweep, but I just can't. "
