"Each time, the plumber came out---(first time, Allan, second time was Juan)---both on time and both very friendly and professional. They located the issues quickly, explained to me what needed to be done and then, they proceeded to do them, efficiently and knowledgeably. In Juan's case, he had to cut away the back of my cabinets underneath my kitchen sink in order to locate where the water was coming from. He cut away the cracked copper pipe and replaced it. The whole thing took less time than I had figured on, which was a pleasant surprise. Plus, while he was here, I mentioned to Juan that my bathroom sink wasn't draining properly. He looked at it, fiddled with something underneath the sink, popped the drain out and then back in and it's been draining perfectly ever since. It took him less than two minutes to do that. The price was very reasonable, too, much less than I had anticipated. They are honest and fair. I can understand why they've been in business in South Florida for so long. I have told family and friends about them, as well. Sooner or later, everyone will need an excellent plumber. I've found mine. (The price I'm quoting is from the second job, since it was more involved.)"
