"We were so impressed with this team. We had a patio project after being in our home for a year and so we had about 5 companies come out for a free estimate. Gold Medal were the only ones who brought samples, offered suggestions, answered any questions I had, had very competitive prices and actually wrote up an estimate/contract for me. Everyone else that came out was just strictly verbal with their estimate (which sometimes sounded like they gave us a price out of thin air!) or seemed annoyed. From start to finish- Jim and his team were incredible. After we agreed on all the specs, and signed the contract (which was seamless!) we were immediately contacted for a project start date. "Ryan was great to work with, and I'm very pleased with the job that he and his crew did, which was to remove old concrete walkways and install new paver stone walkways and a brand-new paver stone patio. When he came to give me a quote, he offered great suggestions and explained everything involved in the job. He was easy to communicate with via text. At my request, he sent me pictures of past jobs that he did. He scheduled the work as soon as I told him I was ready. He and his crew showed up right on time and finished the work in 2.5 days. "Mike was great. I got two spots in my backyard that I wanted patio pavers, around one side of the pool and underneath my second floor deck. By the pool was approx. 250sqft with a walkway and below the deck 256sqft as well. Along with 3ft x 15ft concrete patch. "Carlos and his team were a pleasure to work with. We needed new patios in our backyard mainly because we had standing water on one side and we would get water in our basement on the other side because the patio was not pitched away from the house. The first time Carlos came to our house, he quickly and confidently came up with a comprehensive plan installing new drainage to carry the water away from the house and installing new patios and retaining walls. The project definitely evolved over a few months and my wife and I decided to also redo a walkway, permanently remove another walkway and add accent lighting. Every step of the way, Carlos was happy to give us options and update his estimate accordingly. He was very fair on price. Carlos and his team were very professional and polite and worked exceptionally fast to address our drainage issues while also greatly improving the appearance of our backyard.
