He came for a free estimate within 1 hour. He was the only one, among the estimators from other companies, who went to the roof, made some pictures, and described to me what exactly he was going to do. He gave me a reasonable price and was ready to start immediately. It was very cold that day and we agreed to start a few days later when it supposed to be warmer. He appeared at the exact time, did all work, removed all debris from the roof, from the porch, and even from inside the chimneys bottom. He sent me the pictures before and after.
