The interior stairs of my fathers brownstone were carpeted for over 30 years and a previous contractor had removed the carpet without completing the job. Aldo removed the nails and residue carpet material, repaired several treads of the staircase, replaced several spindles, laid vinyl flooring , and painted the risers and spindles. I had to wait about 7 weeks to get the work done. It took 2.5 days. I got exactly what I asked for!!! Maybe even a bit better. The work was meticulously done and was cleaned up every day. I had a hydrangea bush that was kind of in the way of the concrete work. I thought the workers were going to cut it back but instead they gently got rope and pulled it out of the way.
