These repairs included repairing a wall that had been opened to fix water lines in a neighboring unit, replacing carpet pad, matching and replacing baseboard that was taken during remediation, painting, and resetting the carpet. I also hired the Sharyland Handyman to replace the roof access door in the attic. I am pleased that the solution has already proven effective at keeping out the rain during the thunderstorms this week.
