"These guys are great! I never write a good review because I have had nothing but problems just trying to get someone to do minor plumbing or construction type repairs on my home and my mom's home. I called and there were so polite. Eddie, the gentleman who went out to my mom's, emailed me a professional quote the same day. They listed each thing, including the cleanup with the roller and the huge bin that would be in her driveway. I called on on Monday, April 7, got the quote the same day and set up appointment for the next Monday. They were there at 8:00 a.m., with the bin and 6 workers. They took ONE DAY to complete a brand new roofing project for a 1500 sq ft home. I was very impressed because they kept their word, worked fast and hard and did a real quality job. I wish everyone was like A & V Roofing!!"

"Due to damage caused by a hail storm we had to have work done on our roof. The hail broke and chipped the facia boards, and had to be replaced. The contractor we employed to replace the facia boards did not do caulking or painting, so we were tasked with finding a painter. <br /> Mr. Leal had left a business card with us a week prior, so we decided to check his work. He had painted several houses in our neighbor and we were amazed and how good his work was. We contacted Mr. Leal and asked him for an estimate. We called 2 other painters for estimates and based on the quality of work we had seen Mr. Leal do, and his bid we decided to hire him. <br /> Mr. Leal and his crew arrived promptly at 8:30 am as agreed by both parties. He stayed in contact with us keeping us informed of their progress. The crew prepped the areas of our house for painting by power washing. They caulked and applied primer to new wood and applied 2 coats of top quality paint. <br /> Mr. Leal and his crew were puntual, efficient, professional and friendly. They took extra measures to insure that if paint spilled it would not damage the concrete or walkway to our front door and patio. These gentlemen did this job in 100+ degree temperatures and still, they did an outstanding job. I would recommend Mr. Leal with no reservations."

"Jiame (pronounced "Jaime") was very accessible and easy to reach.  We made arrangement for him to come to my home and he arrived on time.  I described the job and drew out a very rough sketch for him, and he measured the space and brainstormed ideas with me.  He showed up again a couple of days later at an agreed-upon time, this time with his master carpenter (whose name I do not recall).  The carpenter once again confirmed the measurements.  Within a week, the pair delivered the custom shelves I had asked for.  The shelves were of good quality and nicely stained.  However, the stain had not dried completely and the shelves were not immediately installed.  The pair returned for a third visit, a few days later, and installed the shelves.  The shelves had to be sanded down at the edges in order to snugly and properly fit the space.  They also installed a small granite surface under the shelves which could be used as a desk, along with a small desk drawer under the granite.  Jiame sent me several photos of various granite types to allow me to choose the look I wanted.  The installation itself took a couple of hours.  The finished product looks great and has held up with no issues to date.  I would recommend Jiame and his master carpenter for custom shelving and/or woodwork.  The next time I have a project, I will be calling him again. <br />"
