I returned their call and we had a very nice conversation about what needed to be done. We arranged for an inspection/estimate and they were on time - they were very professional. Cabrera went into the attic and identified the leak, then went on the roof and found a nail that had come out. They patch the spot and added tar to some other areas. The first company wanted $67,000 then before he left they came down to $41,000. Cabrera said we had at least 5 years left on our roof and charged us $500."
