"LI & A Construction completed two projects for us. The first was last summer. Mr. Hetnarien and his team eliminated a section of the houseâ s back deck. This year LI & A Construction updated a section of a small bathroom in our house. On both projects, Mr. Hetnarien and his crew did an outstanding job. My research for a general contractor led me to LI & A Contraction Corp. My first requirement was that the business have the necessary license and insurance in good standing and Mr. Hetnarien â s business did. On communication and responsiveness, they get high marks. Mr. Hetnarien always got back to me within 48 hours. He is both accessible and approachable. Both jobs were carried out promptly. If they anticipated a delay because of bad weather (and there was), this was made known to me ahead of time. He and his team are knowledgeable, professional, and respectful. "Thomas Bane is a con artist. My job was done 11/2024. 6 days later the curb and apron started crumbling at the edges. There is a pitch problem leading to water pooling and drainage into my garage. Especially terrible in the winter making an ice skating rink. Then 1 month later the spalling started everywhere and now we have a hole in the asphalt. Thomas Bane has been made aware thru text and email but refuses to show his face over here and explain why the job was pitched inproperly, poured inproperly, and obviously the asphalt is clearly laid improperly. This company royally ripped me off. No wonder he asked for cash. Less than a year later it’s all crumbling away. AVOID!"
