Based on their stellar reviews and clean record with consumer affairs, I called Four Seasons to make an appointment and get an estimate for repair or replacement. Although it was Dec. 31, Bill showed up on time, something I have found lacking with other construction people over the years. He was cordial and knowledgeable, and not aggressively pushy. I felt comfortable. Having done my own research, I found his price to be reasonable, not the cheapest or the most expensive. My main interest was workmanship quality and over the years have found cheapest is not usually the best, nor is most expensive. His crew arrived within 10 days, and on time. Their work was one of the most professional I have ever seen. In fact, when they were finished, my property was cleaner than when they started. After they left, you wouldn’t even know they were there. The leak is repaired and the new roof is beautiful. I highly recommend them."

"The flat roof over our medical office had reached the point where repairs were interfering with normal building operations. Leaks had occurred above a records room and near a staff corridor, while the roof surface contained blisters, open seams, and soft insulation around one internal drain. The building remained active throughout the week, so excessive noise, uncontrolled dust, interior access, and unexpected utility interruptions were major concerns. The contractor performed the exterior inspection and reviewed the affected interior areas after patient hours. A complete replacement was recommended because moisture extended beyond the visible openings and the existing membrane had widespread age-related deterioration.
