"Julio responded promptly, coming out to give me an estimate that afternoon. He assessed both trees, said he could remove the maple without damage to my neighbor's shed, and said the other tree was alright. (He could have said it needed to come down too, and increased the job for himself and the cost to me, but he didn't.) He took down the split maple safely, without touching my neighbor's shed, and removed all the debris, including some branches that weren't part of the tree's being taken down. "Our house is on the top of a hill and the tree was in the backyard.  The only way a company could remove that tree was to come in the neighbors property and lift the equipment over the fence.  He had the equipment to do a difficult job.  The neighor he had to go through was a Jewish high school and he was very considerate of the Jewish sabath and using their property at the proper time.  He arrived on time and did the job cleanly and efficiently."
