"Tom installed our new flooring, including the steps and replaced our trim and molding. He did a thorough up front estimate and came in right at that total. Additionally, he detailed the time that would be needed, when he would be out to the house and when he would finish and unlike so many others he was spot on with his detailed schedule. Lastly, it was he who had to pester us after the project was done to call out anything that wasn't to our liking and that only entailed widening the cutouts for the new vent covers. Very satisfied and we plan to use him again for phase 2 of the project when our budget allows."
