They also cleaned up in the bedroom everyday so that I did not have to call a clean-up company The entire roof and chimney flashing was replaced. The estimate that was provided for the repair was not questioned by the insurance company, It was a pleasure to deal with Steve. He is pleasant, and always responsive to phone calls and emails. My first experience with Steve was at my daughter's newly purchased house to waterproof a stone chimney. Her "house inspector" said that the two color stone was because they came from different parts of the quarry. Steve correctly diagnosed that a new cap was needed and that water was seeping in from the top. Problem solved- the stone dried up in a couple of weeks and is now the same color on the whole chimney. I recommend Angus Theriault without reservation."

The roof is great. The windows are already falling apart and I really wish they were installed better. Pretty janky install. Just cut out the ole windows and put new ones. While covering the wood trim with vinyl trim. Didn’t matter that the wood is rotten underneath. Yeah well. I won’t be in this house forever."
