"It was a pleasure to work with IM Roofing. Mike was responsive, and professional. Licensed and insured. I ended up with a great roof. More details: I contacted several roofers, and joined them on the roof of my house looking at various details that needed addressing. I have a mixed roof, with some shingled areas and other flat areas. It presents a number of concerns, not just limited to the complexities of how to keep things watertight, but also including details such as where water is legally allowed to drain. Mike was the star of the lot that I spoke to. While all the experts I contacted had some insight as to why my roof had issues, Mike was far more insightful and comprehensive about what needed to be done to effect a permanent solution. In some areas, the crew ended up stripping and (due to site requirements) hand carrying away a total of three old wonky layers of roofing, and then installing a new, modern roof. I was impressed with their efficiency and care. I can head into our next rainy season with confidence."

"Pete (the owner) and his roofing crew (Genaro, Alberto, Pedro) were great! Pete replied promptly to my initial inquiry and came out right away to look at the roof. Following that, it took somewhat longer than I had hoped to get an initial bid and to actually start the job, but his bid turned out to be lower than the others, and I could see that the delay was for the right reason -- Pete always prioritizes the roof he's already working on to make sure it's done well and as quickly as possible, so a house doesn't stay unprotected for longer than necessary. Once they finally finished earlier projects and started working on our roof, they were 100% on task from start to finish. They are a small company and ours was a complex, 4000+ square foot roof that required ordering special materials along the way, so it took about a month to complete the job with 3 guys working 40 hours per week. However, I really appreciated the way they always started promptly on time each day and worked closely with my wife and I throughout the entire process to make sure work was being done exactly as we (and the City's historic rules) needed it done. Pete and his crew were friendly and very accommodating of special requests related to the historic peculiarities of our house, skylights, neighbor's concerns about parking, etc. Many parts of the roof required creative, on-the-fly problem solving, due to the non-standard construction of our 1800's house. Genaro, especially, was great at innovative problem solving and did beautiful work, but everyone on the team was super dedicated, hard working, and skilled. We have already had one heavy downpour since the new roof went on, and not a single drop got through! I can confidently recommend Positive Results Roofing if you are looking for a small, personable company that is licensed and bonded and does quality roof replacements or repairs for a reasonable price."
