"I hired Shane and his team of professionals to clean our chimney! We hadn't had a fire all year and I just wanted a fire on Christmas morning! This was literally a few days ago! They did a phenomenal job and even took the time to clean up every ounce of dust/dirt! I even caught Shane cleaning the glass on our fireplace! They went above and beyond! I literally will only use this company for our home projects. Super reasonable and very good at what they do. In fact, we went ahead and hired them for another project on Saturday! I highly highly recommend Shane and his team!"

"They inspected my Chimmney and said $ 1000 dollars to clean the Chimmney and remove the cresote . I climbed the ladder after the work was completed and the cresote was the same as before cleaning . I asked the tech about it and he said it will burn off after this winter as you burn your wood . That did not happen . Upon Inspection this march 2026 it is exactly the same as before . I called Shammrock and they said for another $800 dollars they would come back . I am not getting them to ever do anything for me and will tell everyone about my experience . I do not recommend this company and I wish I had called another company instead . Absolutely the worst experience I?ve ever had with a company . I had to give them one star or it wouldn?t let me post this review . Or I would give them a minus zero rating. "

"Horrible customer service and the product is only getting worse over time. I have ordered 16 shutters from them over 5 separate orders during the last two years. A recent order late last year came with parts missing and getting replacement parts was a hassle because I had to provide pictures. How do you provide pictures of missing parts? My most recent order arrived without the mounting strips and blocking strips being pre-drilled. I received the screws and screw covers but no holes for them. After multiple back and forth with "Angie" from customer service I was forwarded a poorly spelled response from their supplier stating "usually" they don't pre-drill holes. Usually? All of my other shutters over the last two years were pre-drilled. I was then told it was my fault because this order was a single panel shutter vs all my previous orders being dual shutters and I would have to pay to get replacement strips with pre-drilled holes in them. What does a single vs a dual shutter have to do with whether or not holes are drilled in hanging and blocking strips?"
