"The Cordova Painting crew was excellent! They are VERY professional and meticulous when it comes to cleanliness. We had our entire first floor interior painted including a two story foyer and great room. Cordova Painting came each day on time and ready to work. The painting and drywall results are fantastic!! They completed the job in just over 3 and half weeks and were very reasonably priced. What impressed us as well was that at the end of each day, they vacuumed and mopped our hardwood floors to clean up any dust they may have created that day. Incredible results due to their meticulous attention to detail. HIGHLY recommend Pedro and his crew!!"

"Jeremiah has done all sorts of work for us but the biggest job he did recently was painting the entire interior of our house. He did a wonderful job. He was very thorough and neat. Always punctual with excellent communication. There were certain spots that needed special attention, like cracks, which he expertly repaired. He is very pleasant and polite. Jeremiah also did some exterior painting and repairs for us. I would definitely ask Jeremiah to help us again in the future. "Scott came to my home and was punctual each day of the project. In addition to the painting of our kitchen and family room area we also removed popcorn from two seperate rooms and had our newly installed baseboard painted. Initially, I was very concerned about the mess the poor corn removal would cause to the rest of my home but Scott and team were very diligent in securing the area and ensuring that they contained the dust to not impact other areas of our home. I could not have been happier with the end result of the painting, removal of the popcorn ceilings and the painting of our baseboards. They took the care in cleaning up when they were done to ensure my home was left how they found it. Scott and team were very professional and got my project done in two days. He ensured I was happy with everything at the end of the job. I would hire him again for other painting needs."

Historical home required rotten wood replacement ? numerous locations around the house require replacement or repair of external wood siding, trim work - excellent workmanship very happy with work performed.
External Paint sanding (prep) ? wet sanding of the home went quickly and very clean - superb workmanship very happy with work
External Paint tape (prep)- this is where the project was very slow and time seem to take forever to complete ? 2 weeks of taping .
External Paint ? primer coat - excellent workmanship very happy 1 day
External Paint ? base color 2 coats - excellent workmanship took too long to complete- 8 days
External Paint ? trim color - excellent workmanship took too long to complete- 5 days
