The construction crew showed up early in the morning and worked efficiently and skillfully for several hours removing the old roof and installing the new roof. They were finished by 3 and were meticulous with clean up. The roof is a 50 year roof and moss and lichen will not grow on it. I will no longer need to go on the roof to treat for moss and lichenâ ¦.and the price was reasonable. I would highly recommend A1 Home Improvement. They have integrity, work hard and are very conscientious about doing a good jobâ ¦no short cuts. I even had a follow up call the next day to check on my satisfaction with the work. The SHP billing approach was clear so there were never any surprises. In fact, I was pleasantly surprised at how reasonably the project ended up costing. Observing Jeremy and the SHP teamwork was amazing. I have never seen such a talented, dedicated, caring, and creating team. They worked with amazing efficiency and effectiveness. I can attest, based on other projects we have taken on, this project would have taken much longer than the five short weeks (including Christmas and below freezing temperatures) this took. The quality of their work was remarkable and the pride in their workmanship was always evident. The extra touches he included in the project and the counsel he provided gave us 100% confidence that he would do what was right and that he, and SHP, would go above and beyond. The house is beautiful, and Jeremy and SHP will always hold a place in our hearts. They are an absolute gift, and they are now considered part of our family. I did not know Jeremy before this project, but I now count him as a friend. Going forward, we will call Jeremy and SHP first and we will know that he will care for us and for our house as if it was his own."

"3 Son’s Siding & Gutters LLC did my roof about four months ago.They came and gave me a price that was more than fair…3 Son’s were very professional,work very safely.They stripped two layers, found that they had to get plywood and replace the whole roof, it was a bit more but they did the plywood, re-shingled the roof in the one day.i was very impressed with the way all the workers did what needed to be done. The job was done in a day and a half,all the mess was picked up went around the house with magnets picking up all the nails.All I can say I believe they are very professional, very concerned about how my property was left I think it was cleaner than when they started.Very good crew did a great job couldn’t be any happier. I had them do a quote consultation and testing for a mold issue and asbestos abatement and they were prompt to make room in their schedule to fit us in and kept every word of their agreements throughout their Process. Chris Coopee did a fantastic job reviewing reports needed plus conducting a physical inspection of the property for mold in order to produce an informed accurate quote. He also is knowledgeable about asbestos abatement and conducted some testing at the site for us. Not only did Chris do a perfect job, but he turned around the ask in a tight timeframe due to our needs related to a real estate closing.
