"The company was incapable to help me. With that, they should give me a refund but instead they keep charging me for an additional $100. The guy didn't even went back to get the traps. Within 6 months, I've been receiving bills from them. I just want to get a refund and stop from billing me additional charges. I am really not happy with them."
