"My experience with Ray Page Plumbing was all around very good. Luke, the Ray Page Plumbing technician, was great! He was professional, courteous, and most of all thorough and resourceful in identifying an issue that didn't present itself immediately. Luke listened attentively to all the symptoms I relayed that our basement level mascerator pump and plumbing system was exhibiting. He asked good questions to get as much information as he could before getting to work. He ran the system multiple times, as it wasn't presenting the problem. He did clear a related issue but went the extra mile and continued to investigate. It was then he detected the problem we were experiencing and fully assessed the source of the malfunction. Because of this thoroughness and diligence I believe he avoided having to come back out a second time to fix the larger problem (and we avoided having to go another week or two without the use of our bathroom!) He was clean and knowledgable in his work. He didn't have the part but his team got it out to him quickly. He got to work and fixed it timely. The office staff who answered the phone and scheduled the appointment were also easy going, thorough and efficient to work with. I couldn't be more pleased. "WOW..I just moved into a home 3 days prior to my sewer line backing up all over my basement (YUK)...Of course, it was a Saturday morning. I looked on HomeAdvisor and called Saviour Septic. Mark (the owner) answered....told me to leave everything where it was and then he drove 2-1/2 hours to get to my house. By Sunday night at 8:00pm...Mark and Sean had cleared the blockage, cleaned & disinfected (YUK again) the area, helped me decide what should be kept or trashed, and then helped me move all of the items to be trashed to a garage to be put in a dumpster at a later date. "Return Air Vent Move - Tech cut a crude opening in the ceiling framework which did not properly fit the elbow duct he installed. Did not clean up sawdust and did not replace insulation he moved. Displeased with the quality of workmanship of their technician. Repaired the sloppy workmanship myself due to time constraints for my construction addition. Bowman owner said I should have called back to let them fix it. Plumbing for Half Bath - Owner arrived on Oct 9th, 2018 to give me a free estimate to do the job. He did not like the fact that I mentioned the poor quality of the Return Air Vent Move job. After reviewing my half bath requirements, he left but never got back to me with a quote for the job. Called HL. Bowman approximatley 3 weeks later on Oct 29th, 2018 to inquire about my quote. Rep. said he couldn't find anything regarding my quote request. He said he would check on it and get back to me. As of Nov 1, 2018 I have still not received a return call or my quote; very dissapointing. Will not use this vendor for any of their services. Got a quote from H.B. McClure Plumbing to do the rough in plumbing; $2100. Will probably use them because I have been happy with the quality of their workmanship in the past."
