"The customer service was great. They came out to assess the roof within 2 days, it would've been the next day but it was a mix up. The issue was due to be fixed 2 days after inspection, however, he returned the next day due to expected rain on the original date of return. The prices quoted were reasonable and they didn't express urgency for the most expensive option. So far what's been done has been a success. "

They carried every brick to a tarp and took the old chimney away without a trace. I’m still amazed at the clean up they did .
