"Lenny was very responsive from the moment I made a request to find someone to do plumbing work. He came out the following morning. I texted him in the morning. He got right back to me showed up. Exactly on time ended an amazing job. He is a very nice person and does not overcharge and gives very helpful advice. I highly recommend lenny and I will be hiring him again for some electrical projects amongst other things that we need done at our home."

As a customer enrolled in your Unlimited Service Plan, I expect timely communication, reliability, and a basic level of professionalism. Unfortunately, today?s experience fell well below those expectations. The service provided was inadequate, and the lack of follow-through and responsiveness was unacceptable?especially for a customer paying for a premium plan that is advertised as offering priority care and peace of mind. Being on the Unlimited Plan was a key factor in my decision to continue doing business with your company. Experiences like this call that decision into question. I did not feel valued as a customer, nor did I receive the level of service your company promotes. I would appreciate a follow-up to discuss this matter and understand how you intend to resolve it. "
