They were always on time or early and finished the project sooner than anticipated. There were a couple things we wanted fixed or adjusted when they finished and Fabiano fixed them no problem. "A dog sitter we should have never trusted started a small fire in our kitchen while we were away and caused a lot of damage. The insurance company estimated the damages and made a proposal. I’ve reached out to LHI, who I found here on Angie’s and had them come out and do an estimate. I was concerned that the money insurance company offered may not be enough. I let the estimator know the amount the insurance company offered and he said that they will make it work. I figured I will also ask for an estimate to repaint the remainder of our home since we are already redoing the kitchen and the dining room. I felt they were very reasonable in their pricing and I decided to let them do an entire house. They did a very good job and had we had any other painting work, I would not hesitate to hire them. In the meantime, I will recommend them to anyone looking for a fire damage restoration or painting."

"Overall it was a bumpy ride, but the end result is very good.  I feel the supervisor was basically absent from the job, and clearly did not ensure the crew understood exactly what was to be painted.  I had to inspect and supervise the job from start to finish, and ended up having to bring them back twice to finish the job because areas were either not given a second coat, or were missed altogether.  The end result is fantastic, but only because I was such a stickler and made them come back and fix things to my satisfaction.  I would still recommend them because their price was great as compared to multiple other estimates, and the quality of their work is strong, as long as you are willing to stay on top of them and inspect thoroughly.  Throughout the job, they were very respectful, friendly, and cleaned up after themselves very well."

"We contacted Comfort Basements as a starting point in our research on foundation repair and basement waterproofing, toward a grander plan of adding on to our home. Jesse came out to visit us for a free inspection and estimate, and unbeknownst to us, some really awesome advice about how to proceed with our grander plans. While we still know that we need to waterproof and repair a portion of our foundation, Jesse honestly and openly told us that we needed to start with an architect and get our "Grand Plans" in order before he could give us any estimates on any kind of work that would need to be done, depending on what would need to be done structurally to support the addition. He also suggested somethings NOT to do in the mean time, and how we might proceed from here.
While we're not working with Jesse and Comfort Basement at the moment, he will be at the top of our list when the time does come! Big thanks to him. Highly recommend!

"Bob did an amazing job painting the walls and ceiling in our oversized family room. He not only patched and sanded a wall that a previous contractor had left in a terrible condition, he filled and sanded a ton of nail holes, repaired the nail pops on the ceiling, sealed the ceiling and walls and then painted everything. The room looks absolutely incredible! We couldn't be more pleased with the results. Would definitely recommend DiMenna Brothers!"

"The job went well and the house looks beautiful. The only minor glitch was that they broke the globe on our exterior porch light - a model that is discontinued and could not be easily replaced, and was a match for the one on the side porch. We were fairly compensated with no problem."
