"I chose Remedy for my sump pump replacement. They came on time for the estimate and quoted me a very competitive initial price. They were even will to go a little further to win the business for work that day. Although I wasn't planning to do the job the same day, I called them back after the estimate and hearing pricing from two others. They came back within an hour, quickly did the work and showed me how my system operates. It's so quiet as compared to the old one. I'm already considering them for a separate plumbing job."

"Service Tech Brandon H cae for my yearly inspection of the wall braces and sump pump. Brandon was ever the orofessional as we reviewed my covered services and explained some other options for me to consider for the future. The braces were fine, the in checking the sump pump, we found it needed to be replaced. Brandon thoroughly explained the situation and replaced my sump pump in timely fashion. It was a pleasure meeting and engaging with him."

"Mr. Rooter Plumbing came through! I filed a claim with my home warranty company because the up ur basement flooded on 5/28. I had to request a rush for the other company to come out. The company that came out was not that professional and told me I needed a new sump pit as well as a new sump pump. I was questioned the diagnosis and then had to argue with the home warranty company. I immediately got on Angi’s list and found Mr. Rooter Plumbing. They came out within 2 hours and gave a proper diagnosis. I argued with the home warranty company over the secondary diagnosis. I accepted a cash in lieu after escalating with the home warranty company. Scheduled the repair with Mr. Rooter and they came in 2 days and installed the new sump pump. They are quick, efficient and friendly! 10/10 recommend!"
