"He arrived on time. Explained and showed me everything he was going to do. He laid out tarps to cover my things and cleaned up afterwards. He installed the tube and also checked my other tube and attic fan that they installed 6 years ago, He then gave me instructions for care of both tubes in the future. He was very pleasant and professional.

"Central Roofing is an outstanding company. We had a very positive experience with it from the time we first contacted the company through completion of our job (we are return customers). In early March, a wind storm damaged the siding on our home, peeling off several panels and twisting others. My husband left a message with Central Roofing late on a Saturday after the storm and we received a call back from the owner on Sunday morning. The owner had a salesman contact us later that Sunday and he scheduled an appointment to come out to our home and assess the situation. The salesman was very helpful in working with us to get needed information to our insurance company and was willing to talk with our adjuster. We believe these actions demonstrate Central Roofing's commitment to excellent customer service. We were also extremely pleased with the final results. Central Roofing did a wonderful job removing the old aluminum siding from our house and then re-siding our entire house with new vinyl siding. Central Roofing also wrapped all of our wood trim around the top of our house so that we no longer have to have it painted every couple of years. We also had Central Roofing replace two kitchen windows. The workers were prompt, professional, and very courteous. They also worked long days and weekends to ensure the project was completed within the promised timeframe. When we started having some "nail pops" on the interior of our home from the work being done outside, my husband discussed it with the foreman and the workers modified the way they were installing the new siding to minimize the amount of "nail pops" on the inside of our home. After the work was completed, the salesman came back out to our home to look over the work and ensure we were happy with the final results. Overall, we had no complaints and will continue to use Central Roofing for any future roofing, siding, & window needs. In the past, we had Central Roofing replace a roof, install new gutters, and replace many windows. They are one of the best companies we have ever worked with and we highly recommend them."

"We are enjoying our new roof. Springfield worked around the weather and left the property clean when the task was completed. Andrew was a joy to work with. We would not hesitate to engage this firm again."

"Nate and Emerson were great. They arrived on time for the inspection of my roof, were thorough, honest, and transparent in what needed to be done and scheduled the replacement promptly. 5 stars!"

"This company is Amazing! My husband and I needed to replace our 20 year old roof. We had heard so many great things about Certified, Inc., and their great customer service and quality of work; so we called. The crew was so friendly and knowledgeable and before they left they made sure the yard was completely cleaned up and that we were happy with the installation. I would recommend this company to anyone..they are no pressure, they took the time explain everything and they are honest! Thank you so much..I love my roof!"

"I called after I realized several shingles came off of the house while the wind storm was still happening hoping to get "on the list" to get repairs done. I was surprised when they came out within an hour and a half, but it was still too dangerous for them to get on the roof because of the winds. The worker said he would be back out the next day at 11. He showed up just a little after 11 which was impressive. He completed the job quickly and gave me a very detailed report on what he did and the overall condition of the roof (its going on it's 15th year). He cleaned up and left everything the way it should be. The only concern was the cost ($275) as it seemed a bit higher than what I thought it would be. HOWEVER, considering they came out the same day I called...returned the next...and made me a priority, I realize that is worth the cost. No complaints and I would defiantly use them again!"

"Outstanding and professional service from the estimate to the completion of removal and installing a sink in our powder room. Highly recommend Denis Gonzales of JW Home Improvement for any plumbing work you need."

"Very professional company. Had a leak in my dining room and I called them for an estimate for a roof repair. They came out the same day I call them, installed a tarp on my roof to stop the leak. They worked with my insurance company and in a matter of days, I received approval from my insurance. From that point on, it was smooth experience. I chose the type of roof, the materials were ordered and delivered and installed in a timely matter. I would recommend them for any roofing job."

"They were very patient and helpful with all of the issues that were present while replacing my roof and gutters. I had 2x6 boards, rather than plywood, as my roof substrate and a large amount was rotted out. They spent extra days on the project, communicated very well and sent pictures. The extra items I requested, the wood replacement (including all the gutter attachment boards) and some cracked cedar siding were taken care of well and for a reasonable price."
