"I’ve used Michael twice now. The first time, he replaced a rotting old set of back steps and resealed the foundation along the side of our house. The second time, he fixed a dripping utility sink faucet and replaced a light switch in a crowded bathroom electrical box. Both times I was very impressed with Michael’s service. He is flexible and easy to schedule with—plus he was very patient when I totally mixed up my days of the week and had to change plans on him at the last minute! He comes when he says he will, does what he promises, and charges fair prices. He also makes sure the job is done right. After he fixed our steps, the gate into our fenced yard no longer latched (the gate had been installed to meet the edge of the old, sagging steps, and needless to say, the new ones don’t sag).
