Of the 6 only two actually went up on the roof to inspected and Tommy was one of them. His work was impeccable and done exactly as quoted. He was not the least expensive nor the highest. He told me to discard the old part and therefore would not refund me for the parts. He promised a refund of the labor but said it would take 1-3 weeks (LOL). Needless to say, I still have not received my refund. In this case, he was a parts changer and not a diagnostician. He said he couldn't afford to eat his mistake, implying that I should. Terrible businessman would not recommend. I'm out $500 and had to fix the Range myself."
