Lloyd and his team removed those tiles carefully and replaced with the hard Wood. Our home has beautiful hardwood and Lloyd can find the correct type that match original one. The overall process is great and we have very close Communication with his team. Work timeline was following the plan ans estimated time. "CATASTROPHIC INSTALLATION FAILURE - ABANDONED JOB WHEN CONFRONTED Hired Ardelean Flooring to install 270 sq ft of hardwood flooring. The floor failed within 4 months due to improper installation. When I removed the buckled boards, I discovered: ? Many boards had NO FASTENERS AT ALL ? Where fasteners existed, spacing was up to 18 inches (industry standard is 6-8 inches) ? Failed to use manufacturer-required glue assist for 4" planks THE ABANDONMENT: After the floor buckled, we scheduled remediation a month in advance. On the scheduled day, he texted that he was at "another project north of Seattle" and would arrive late afternoon. When I confronted him with evidence of the installation failures, he: - First offered to "help make things right" - Then complained about "rude communication" when confronted with not showing up - Finally abandoned the job entirely via text: "At this point, I think it's best you hire the other guy""
