"The Patriot roofing crew that replaced my roof was very professional. Alan the lead of the crew was very good at answering all of my many questions. I did my research very thoroughly and knew that Patriot Roofing was a first rate quality roofing company. I was certain that my roof would be installed and replaced per the 5 star warranty that was offered to me. They made sure that the proper ventilation between the soffits and the ridge vent was done per the manufacturing shingle requirements. Alan the lead was very knowledgeable, and made sure the crew completed my roof with the highest quality standards. It is extremely important that your roofing contractor install your roof per the manufacturer's warranty requirements or your warranty will be nahl and void. I was certain from observing the Patriot Roofing team that I would not have to worry about the quality of my roof installation. I purchased my own skylights and had issues with the quality of the skylight that I purchased from home depot. .Which caused me to return the skylights multiple times. Patriot roofing graciously came back 3 weeks after the roof install to re install the skylights that I finally got from home depot that were without defects. The manager of production personally came over to install the 2 skylights and did not charge me for this extra trip. I was also very impressed with the salesman who came over and thoroughly inspected my roof including getting up into the attic in taking many pictures of what was the current status of many different important details of my roof. The salesman was very professional and this was evident in the detail and quality of the roof replacement estimate. I received at least 5 different bids from other roofing companies and no company came even close to Patriot roofings quality and professionalism in their roof replacement estimate. Patriot roofing has some of the best roofing Reviews of all the Roofing companies in Washington. Patriot Roofing will not be the cheapest bid that you will receive nor will it be the most expensive bid you will receive. But I can tell you from my direct experience that Patriot will give you a fair bid with the added bonus of doing the roof installation per all of the very stringent 5 star certainteed material requirements."

"I had a great experience with this company - this is a longer review but the short version is they were wonderful and I would recommend them without hesitation. The longer version: Curtis was extremely responsive when I contacted him regarding a leak both by phone and by coming out the next day to evaluate the issue. They were also able to get the repair done relatively quickly considering my leak showed up the same time everyone else’s did right after our 1st big rain storm of the season. DHT was one of three companies that came out to give me a quote and this inspection was the most thorough; he checked all of the attic spaces in addition to the roof to make sure there were no other leaks that I just hadn’t seen yet. He was also the most respectful when explaining the issues to me, including showing me pictures from his inspection. DHT’s price point was midway between the other two quotes I received. More importantly, one of the companies that came out seemed pretty unconcerned whether or not I excepted their bid, while the other told me I needed an entire roof replacement for multiple “issues.” Neither of the other two companies were thorough enough to check the attic for additional concerns. When I asked Curtis about his thoughts on whether a roof replacement was necessary immediately and/or a good idea right now, he was very clear that there were some issues that needed to be fixed but that the roof could last several years with good maintenance and proactive work. He also was very honest with me when I tried to schedule a service that he thought was not appropriate for this time of year at a potential loss for his own business. Lastly, there were remaining materials after they completed the repair and they left those behind for me so that I would have them if something else came up at no additional cost. Having had my fair share of disappointing contractors, it’s nice to have someone I can refer others to without hesitating. There’s something to be said for a locally owned company that’s seems to be very invested in growing their business through solid work an excellent customer service."

"Customer service was excellent! The company kept the lines of communication fluid. All questions and concerns were dealt with promptly and professionally. The workmanship was also excellent. The cost was very reasonable and competitive. When they first came out they discussed what would need to be done and replaced to avoid any surprises. Of course they can’t detect everything prior to removal so it’s expected to have a cost to replace sheeting and/or facia boards. I would get pictures of items that may need replacing in real time and while they are on site. They also subbed out the painting of my house. The workmanship with that was precise as if it was their own house. I highly recommend TJ Roofing to anyone. I want to put a “shoutout” to TJ, Vidi, Freddy and Jose. "The entire process was smooth from start to finish. Everything from picking the siding, colors and scheduling was a stress free experience and the owner is EXTRMELY knowledgeable about houses from the foundation up. They were even able to get me on the schedule sooner than expected! The whole job was completed in just a few days and my house felt instantly more snug and solid through the rest of winter, and it's been staying nice and cool this summer. The team was courteous and professional. They cleaned up the site at the end of each day and at the end left my property free from even small amounts of debris. 10 out of 10 experience!"

They were very professional and straight forward from the beginning (estimate) no sales pressure, no drama, very straight forward and presented the materials right.
