"My name is Ryan Lantaff and I am the Executive Director and Lead Pastor of Agape Life Gardens. We are a local faith-based nonprofit in the Gulf Coast region of Alabama. We service people in crisis and transition from active addiction to a life of productivity in Recovery. We also have a food pantry where we have a grocery bag ministry providing free groceries to people in need. The building we own for the food pantry had a roof that needed to be torn off and completely redone. We had no idea how we would afford it or be able to get it done. "I called for an estimate on a new roof and he came that afternoon with color samples. We needed 2 old power vents removed, and an old chimney vent removed. The old roof had to be removed and some decking replaced. Work crew of 6 arrived as scheduled and went right to work. They cleaned up as they worked. After Hurricane Sally, my insurance adjuster recommended a full roof replacement. I received 4 quotes from roofing companies for a Bronze Fortified Roof. Island Roof Repair did an excellent job repairing the flashing on our roof and which had been incorrectly installed and caused some damaging leaks at different points in our roof. They showed up the next day after we called them. When leaving, after inspecting the roof, they gave us a comprehensive report of what’s wrong, what needs to be done to fix it and promised an estimate within 24 hours. They were very accommodating about working around our rental schedule. We had one day last week when we had no guests and they swooped in, did the job quickly and efficiently and we are extremely pleased with them.
