"They did a great job. Once the job was completed, Mark charged me less because the scope of work involved was actually smaller than he had predicted. We are very happy with the results. I should add that many companies would not do the work because they stated it was too small of a job or that they did not want to repair another company's poor work. "My trees were in great need of care after having been neglected for quite a while.  The team was late getting to our house but they performed excellent work.  They left the area relatively clean considering they cut branches out of every single tree.  We also had a dead tree removed and two stumps ground.  The only concern I have is that I called after the service to ask why they had not applied any protective coating to the larger branches that had been cut off.  They returned the call and my sister answered the phone while babysitting my kids.  They tried to explain to my sister why the product had been applied to the tree and she told them that they would have to call back and speak with me.  I called back that afternoon and explained in a voice mail that the issue was not that they had used the coating, the issue was that they had not used it.  I tried calling twice more to speak with someone and my calls were not returned.  Hopefully my trees are not harmed from insects or disease considering there are so many open wounds.
