We had a hard time finding someone who could custom bend the flashing to fit onto the roof, but he said could do it and got it done a few days ahead of schedule. These guys are great. "Our "only" negative comment about Ground Zero Shelters is that they do not come to a persons residence to give the sales pitch and demonstration. You must go to their showroom or see their product at a home show. This being said, we were extremely happy with the sales experience, reminders and installation of our shelter. They called about 10 days prior to the installation for a reminder, their installers called the day before and the morning of the installation to remind us that they would be at our home at the designated time. They showed up as promised and were completed with the installation in less than 1 1/2 hours time! Thank you Ground Zero!"

"I was concerned about having Seamless or anyone doing the foundation repair as the damage had existed for many years and involved the main support.  The project manager invited us to meet at another home currently having a similar repair to assure us that the team was capable of completing the repairs. <br /> All in all, we have been very pleased with the work done.  John, the project manager went out of his way to ensure my mother would be comfortable as each phase of the job was completed.   Each phase of the contract was well supervised and the quality of the work was very good.  <br /> We had a problem with the plumbing a couple of months after the repairs were completed.  Seamless came out that evening after 7:00 P.M. to correct the problem.  <br /> We highly recommend Seamless Restoration. <br />"
