"I was so lucky to find Jordan and Don from Cascade Construction! My husband and I were desperate to have some privacy in our backyard. We were constantly being harrassed by 2 barking dogs that peered behind this old missing slatted chain link fence in our backyard. Jordan came up with this amazing idea of attaching redwood beams and a cedar fence onto our retaining wall. The fence came out so beautiful! He even fixed my other broken fence and added in a couple of fence lights to give the new fence a nice touch! Jordan and Don went above and beyond all of our expectations! Not only that, Jordan bid us a fair price range, made it esthetically pleasing and added in his own personal touches to the fence project. The pride in their work showed! "Scott was great to deal with. He came out very quickly to assess the damage and provide a quote. He answered all of my questions and I had many of them. I was concerned that I did not want to put a bunch of money into this and have the next storm take it down. Scott assured me that I had nothing to worry about and if I had issues he would take care of them. <br /> We ended up replacing most of the fence and the fence gate with a new cedar fence. They build the fence themselves, which was nice. I was expecting pre-made panels like you get at Home Depot. They did a really great job. All of the posts and fence are perfectly level and the entire fence line is really straight...my last fence had some waves in it from where the posts were not perfectly lined up. This one looks a lot better.Less than 2 days and I had my security back and could let the dog and the kids into the back yard. I've recommended Scott and Sioux City Fence to my friends and would definitely use them again. <br />"

"He just couldn’t get out and get the fence done this fall. He was very upfront with that. It was a good experience. He was one of the higher quotes and I think he was about $3,800 for a fence. He was great to talk to. I really, really like to work with him. It is just that it would take him a long time to come out and do the fence because he was real busy. He was a little bit higher than some of other contractors that had come out to bid. If it hadn’t been such a long time to come out and do it, I probably would have picked him anyhow. He was really good about giving me a callback on time. He was good about following up. He showed up when he said he would show up. He had to reschedule an appointment and he was very apologetic about it. He called the day before; he gave me plenty of time and plenty of options to reschedule it. I thought that he was very professional. He really sounded like he knew what he was talking about and asking me the right questions because I have never put up a fence before."

Work was finished the following Tuesday. We had about 25 ft of 2nd story gutters cleaned and gutter guard installed. Super fast turn-around time and excellent communication!
