"The whole experience was good. The warranty is exceptional The customer service was nice and the guys that actually installed the roof were hard workers. There are only two issues I had. One, the initial consultation lasted 7 hours. Between discussions about the roof to the actual roof inspection. Second. The Forman on the job barely spoke English. There was a gap that had to be overcame for understanding my questions I had. Towards the end, he offered to call someone to translate but that, I felt, was too little to late. But like I stated earlier, the group as a whole worked very hard and the roof looks great."

"LCT did an excellent job. They arrived right on time and had a large number of roofers--7-8 men. They worked quickly and carefully, draping the entire house and making an effort to watch out for plants (though some damage to them is inevitable). James, the salesman, recommended that we install plywood over the entire roof in order to be sure to get all the warranties on our Certainteed shingles. He showed me where they require less than a certain size maximum opening between roofing boards, and also showed me the many places in our attic where there were spaces larger than allowed. That added about $2400 to our quote, but seems like a good investment. They stripped the old roof, installed the plywood carefully over every roofing surface, shingled and cleaned up in one work day. They returned the next day to install a flat rubber roof on our porch, also very well done. While all their work was excellent, we were a bit concerned that many of the laborers traveled in the back of their vans--which had no seats or seatbelts. Nonetheless, the workers reported liking working for this company, and that they were well-treated. Luis, the owner, called us soon after to see if we were happy with the work. Nice work, LCT!"

"Fredy and Andrea at Global Roofing combine to provide excellent customer service with high quality installation. From quote to complete the entire process was smooth. We were looking at metal roofing first and learned quickly that these folks know a lot about the options, potential issues and installation. Ultimately we went with CertainTeed asphalt shingles due to supply chain price increases for metal, a limited color selection, and because I tend to walk on my roof for a few reasons. On the 1st scheduled day the crew arrived on time and ready to work. They hung tarps and netting to collect all debris and protect shrubs , etc. They moved fast and efficiently with a big enough crew to clear old shingles and start installing new by mid-afternoon. At the end of the day they cleaned everything up, and I do mean everything. By end of day two they were done, once again cleaning everything before leaving. We were very impressed with Global and definitely recommend them for your roofing project."

The estimate was a very good value being winter here in New England. I accepted the offer. I was given two possible dates for the work to be done. He and his crew arrived the very next since there was a snow storm in the forecast. I watched as they repaired the damaged plywood and put on the new roof. They worked carefully and did a great job in my opinion."

"Rick and his crew did a fantastic job! They were very pleasant and friendly. Rick is meticulous and it shows in the quality of his work. They cleaned up well each day so we could continue to use our kitchen and dining table each night. He was thoughtful enough to completely finish the main living area first and then start on the other side of the house so we could get back to using it as quickly as possible. We couldn't be there while they worked but I felt very comfortable leaving them there while we were at work. Highly recommend!"

"I received a response from an online inquiry the very next day. Snow storms had been rolling in, but they managed to fit me in on short notice so I could get an estimate. The estimate was e-mailed to me with a clear breakdown of what work would be performed. (this included the removal of siding, the installation of step flashing, the installation of a water/ice shield and caulking of parts near the roof). They were punctual and very efficient once scheduled- and scheduling was easy to do as well.
