They also showed us that the cement was so poor that it crumbled in his hand and should not do that. Sheppard's crew came in and did such a beautiful job. They laid the framework, and got the permit, which the previous contractor did not do. They then laid the cement for both the patio and the shed, which looks great. The owner even wrote us a report on the previous cement slab. They genuinely do class-A work, and I would highly recommend Sheppard Concrete."
