Dave Lawson from M&L came out initially to understand the work and give me the costs associated with a handyman and the painting. He called a day later to agree to a scheduled date to perform the work. Dave and the handyman arrived as scheduled and went back over the work and began. All the work was performed as expected. The only issue was the screen door replacement as one of the rollers was broken. Since he had already replaced the screen I agreed to use it and it was placed back in the door. My choice. Following the cleanup, Dave showed me the bill which came close to what I had originally expected. Overall I am completely satisfied with the work and cost."
