From the start of the process, Kevin was all about helping us find what we really wanted. He spent quality time talking with us, not selling. He asked questions, made sure we prioritized our needs, provided us options and overall did a great job guiding us to the decisions we made. We needed to find carpeting which would be pet-friendly - resisting pulling and stain resistant not only from dogs but from our toddler too!
