"I can't say enough good about this crew. They were awesome. Very friendly and easy to work with, did a great job. Arrived on time and always came back when they said they would. They removed my very broken up driveway and replaced it and the walkway. They also expanded the driveway to the side a bit and around a tree. It looks beautiful. They are very efficient and hard working. I really appreciated also the extra perks they added and Dan ok'd. The whole experience was much more enjoyable than I though such an undertaking would be. I was amazed just how fast they were able to complete the job. I thought it would take longer than just two days. "The front yard was not leveled and sloped as agreed upon. They took out some rocks in the front yard and some dirt. they put topsoil down and then sod that was about 4 days and dying. As of July 31, 2024, there are still holes in the lawn where the sod has not grown together. The front lawn is not at the angle of slope that we agreed upon. In the back yard they agreed upon removing some dirt and rock, then replacing it with a four-foot-high granite wall 90 feet long. The wall is only approximately 75 feet long and some of it is 4 feet high and about 15 to 20 feet of the wall is less than 3 feet high. This is not what the contract said when we signed it but he still charged us the full amount of a 90-foot wall 4 feet high and tried to convince us that his measurements were right. When the men were building the wall, the back lawn was packed down a lot and now it does not let the water soak in. I asked the men if they could return to pick up the sod in the backyard and put in some topsoil to make it the same height as the rest of the yard, and they said no. So, I asked him to return a portion of my money so I could have someone else come in to correct his inability to do it as we agreed upon. He said no he couldn't refund any money. We are waiting for the individual to come out to our house to look at the job to evaluate how the job was done. So please contact us on a date as soon as possible."

"Chris knows concrete. This was a ten yard patio project that consisted of a 10x54 pad and two sidewalks. Here is his process which is correct. Does layout with homeowner, starts digging about 6 to seven inches roughly, throughout the entire project area. Then uses a tiller to break up the under material to level it out to the correct slope and he tamps it down. Then the crushed rock went down and tamped into place. Then the forms, rebar, drilled into foundation so pad attached to house. Used Clark’s Sitemix and Coopers Concrete Pumping as his subs. All went well, on schedule and very happy with the results. Sloped 2% which is the max code as I wanted maximum slope away from the house. Overall I was very happy with Chris. I have lots of experience hiring concrete contractors over the years as a property manager and home owner. He is as good a job as people I have paid more. Happy with the price and product. "
