"I posted my request on Angi and Zac from Gold Gutters called within 15 minutes. I explained what the situation was and he went out the next day to evaluate it and give me a quote. He installed 2 downspouts and cleaned the gutters. I felt it was very reasonable and it was done in a couple of days from request. Very happy with the results and would use them again."

"We recently hired Balsamroot Exteriors to replace our roof and gutters. The experience was flawless from start to finish. The initial consultation was refreshing. They gave an honest assessment and didn't force any immediate, high-pressure decisions, no "buy it now" sales tactics. The owner, John, gave a thorough and detailed presentation during the estimate, letting me decide based on the facts. They installed GAF Timberline HDZ shingles, and the house looks incredible. The crew arrived on time, worked efficiently, and left our property completely spotless. The GAF HDZ shingles look highly durable, and we love the peace of mind that comes with their excellent warranty. Balsamroot Exteriors provided competitive pricing, clear communication, and top-tier craftsmanship. I highly recommend Balsamroot Exteriors to anyone in need of roofing services in the Spokane and surrounding area. Their professionalism, quality of work, and customer service exceeded my expectations!"

"Gil and the whole team were great to work with. They are professional and run a good group. We had a roof overlay, some siding replacement, gutter, and fence installation. Everyone did a great job. I appreciate the work so late in the year and the attention for Mackenzie, Jessica, Jennifer, and Gil. Gil has a great approach to the job and a philosophy of great customer service. I have and will continue to recommend them to everyone."
