During the first installment, there was a window that needed correction and this was done immediately. There have been problems with the doors and their correction was also done immediately. No other company was ever considered during our replacement adventure. We have been totally pleased with the product, installers and those who were called in to make the necessary corrections. We wanted this company to do all of this work so we could enjoy the product and the product would be a item for a good resale value."

"I have mixed feelings about this job. The company was extremely patient with the scheduling changes I needed to make because of health issues. However, mode of communication was an issue. Kept calling a cellphone, not in regular use, instead of the landline or the preferred e-mail. Installation was timely, as we had the ice storm soon after, it was also a one-man job and I was amazed at the job he did. He was very professional always measuring twice and sometimes more than that before cutting anything, as despite all the measurements done, the inside core of the door frame needed to be trimmed for the unit to fit. Not sure if that is why once it warmed up, first one-side and now the other side, is not a tight as when originally installed. The also is now an issue with the interior frame, the mitered seam at the top of the door has separated. Another issue was this door was supposed to share a key with the front door as both were Schlage locks and can be rekeyed. A copy of the key was provided prior to the job. This did not happen, nor did the copy come back the day of the install, had to wait for it to be mailed to me. The company tried to rectify both problems, the loosening and they key issue, but not happy with their solutions, as one requires me to complete the job, the other is aesthetic... lack of symmetry, no longer smooth frames on both sides . I like the product's overall appearance, and would repeat the business to ensure uniformity, but given the price, I did expected better. Also would not advise using Mosaic, their finance group. I have issues with a company that mails their statement 4-days after the payment is due, even if 12-months same as cash."

"Anthill Construction went above and beyond our expectations. Tony was always quick to respond to any questions we had. He was so friendly with our family and our animals. He always made sure to shut the baby gates behind him every time he went in or out. He re did our kids bathtub and shower and it looks amazing! He also did some work in our kitchen moving around cabinets and adding a microwave hood vent above our stove. He had to go to multiple stores to find the cabinet to match our existing cabinets which we really appreciated. We had multiple smaller projects that Tony finished in a timely manner and all were done wonderfully. We will definitely be calling Anthill Construction for any future projects. "Terrific, we decided to go w/ Stoneberger because their sales representative spent time advising and guiding us through the options, the colors and styles of doors. She listened to what we thought we wanted and helped us find the right solution. No other sales rep we met with offered that customer service. She also followed up on time and was super easy to work with once we decided on specific doors. Installation also was on time, efficient and went very smoothly. We had one issue that arose b/c of the age of our house and Stoneberger addressed it quickly and beyond fairly. Highly recommend them."

"My first time using Angie's List proved to be well worth it! I saw a deal for replacement windows through American Jewel Window Systems for a pretty good price, 5 windows for $1499. I ordered them and met with Chuck who came to my home to take the initial measurements. He was extremely friendly and knowledgeable! He showed me the options and gave me the estimate. The deal did not include the screens, which cost at an additional $10 each. The following week, the installer came by to take more measurements. Two weeks later, the company called me for an install date. 
The two installers came and were absolutely perfect. They brought in all the supplies, removed the old windows, took caution and placed cloth tarp, installed the new windows, sealed them properly, and cleaned up after themselves. I was amazed at how fast and quietly they worked. What a difference in warmth replacing a few windows can do. The rooms where the windows were replaced were always very cold. Chuck had told me I would see a huge difference when getting rid of my old aluminum ones for brand new vinyl ones. We were so pleased with the initial 5 windows, that we contacted them again and replaced an additional 11 windows in our home. 
I am extremely happy and satisfied with this decision. My house is warmer and I felt that I received a really great deal!

"Window Source installed a new front door (plus framing) and did an excellent job. They were professional and responsive from the first contact until they finished the job. I spoke with the company president who answered all my questions. Compared to other companies that install windows and doors, Window Source didn't use any high pressure sales tactics or gimmicks and offered very fair upfront pricing. The installation was scheduled in advance and the crew arrived on-time (actually a little early) and quickly got to work. They removed the old door/framing, installed the new framing and door and cleaned up in only about 2 hours. The new door looks great, closes smoothly and seals tightly. I'm very happy with Window Source and would definitely use them again."
