The technician , Alexander Kazeitchev recommended a Condenser Coil Cleaning Level 2. We thought we could trust them. The bill for the condenser coil cleaning was for 899$. So today I called Carrier directly and talked to Bonnie at 800-379-6484 and she said that was very very high. She send me a list of approved Carrier vendors for Sterling Other vendors quoted 250$ or 300$ Stay far away from McCarthy services. Snakes "
