"Radiant Cleaning did not complete the majority of the standard cleaning tasks they advertise. I paid for a standard clean and even limited the job to only part of my home, yet many basic items like mirrors, appliances, trash, baseboards, and touchpoints were not cleaned. After raising the issue, the company responded by falsely claiming there was animal feces and urine throughout the home, which is completely untrue. I have photo and video evidence showing the condition of the home and the incomplete work. Very disappointing experience and poor accountability."

Yumi handled the cleaning both days and was fantastic. She arrived early, walked through the home to understand priorities, and worked diligently without rushing.
