"I had a great experience with New Ground Irrigation. After Winter Storm Uri, I decided to fix up my lawn, starting with a sprinkle system. New Ground Irrigation came out and gave me an individualized quote for every improvement I wanted to consider. Their sprinkler quote was professional, reasonable priced, and had a good warranty. When I agreed to install, they showed up very early and movedquickly. Trenches were dug and everything was smooth. There were far more sprinkler's than I expected, giving targeted coverage to my oddly shaped lawn without waste. I am a corner lot so a sidewalk cuts my yard into several pieces but they ran pipes under the sidewalk and added several sprinklers to each area. This got every section fully covered without hitting the sidewalk or using rotating sprinklers. Afterwards, they showed me exactly how each zone work and how to control the system. In May 2014 we had a full landscape design and installation which did not work well for our situation and needed to be redone.  While  researching options for the renovation we found Michelle at Premium Outdoor on Angie's List.  I contacted her by email and she responded immediately.  We scheduled an appointment to review our needs and discuss our preferences.  She arrived promptly.  Michelle was extremely easy to talk with and very interested in determining our desired outcome for the project.  She was very honest about what would and/or would not work.  We appreciate that she advised against with some of our  ideas when she knew they would not produce long term positive results.  She told us she would create a design and get back to us.  She soon began sending emails of her design concepts and many photos, with information, of a variety of interesting and unique plant/tree options.   Michelle was also very patient when we asked to add to the original plan and estimate.  She was careful to let us know immediately what costs would be involved.  The entire project went as planned.  Everyone, including Michelle's husband Scott and the crew, were a pleasure to work with.  They had to reroute drainage from one bed across the front yard.  When they were finished you could barely tell the lawn had been trenched and replanted.

Michelle's put a lot of thought into this design making certain everything from plants to stone to mulch was well done.  Her design is very creative and provided great curb appeal.  Several neighbors complimented her work and asked for contact information.

I  want to emphasize this was a renovation which is much more difficult than working with new landscape.  This was a major project and Premium Outdoor did their best to salvage and work with existing plantings. 

We are in the process of planning ongoing landscaping and outdoor improvements with Premium Outdoor.
