"Marty and his crew did a great job. We received a good estimate. Once the windows came in, the crew came and installed 17 windows in one day. They were very conscientious and clean. The windows look amazing."

"We received Superior Windows referral through our contractor who was going to do a kitchen remodel.  The type of windows offered were thoroughly explained to us and we found the price very reasonable. The installation of the windows (7) took only one day. I had no idea there was so much work that went into the installation. The installers were very professional and answered any questions we had during the day.  At the end, they spent the time explaining how to properly lock and clean the windows. All the broken glass from the previous windows and packaging was cleaned up.  The windows look great and we are looking forward to the energy savings in the summer.  We are extremely pleased and would highly recommend Superior Windows. <br />"

"We had an excellent experience with Renaissance Windows, from start to finish. We replaced all the windows in the house with Marvin Infinity Fiberglass double hung high efficiency windows. The visit with the sales rep, Tom, was informative, low key, and not pushy. He worked up several different packages for us over a couple weeks as we thought through the project. We had Gulf Coast Windows out just before Renaissance, and it was a high pressure sales job with a 'today only' price, which was still higher than Renaissance price for similar windows. We had planned to call another company or two for comparison, but after the positive experience with Tom and the competitive price for similar windows, we decided to go with Renaissance. The installation was amazing. We've had a lot of construction done in past few years, and we always had to watch and oversee the work closely. We quickly discovered that we didn’t have to do that with Renaissance. Philip (and his apprentice Tim) installed the windows. Philip is a true artisan and it shows. He is meticulous, for example, he found a slight dimension issue in one of the windows from the factory and pointed it out to us (we might not have noticed it). Renaissance had another window made to replace it."

"I've used Custom Windows to replace windows on 2 different homes in Houston, and they have done a great job. They are easy to work with, competitive with price, and offer great quality windows. The underpromise and overdeliver--my windows were ready a month early. They are also flexible to work with and were able to do the install even though I could not be there. They also went above and beyond when I had a couple small requests to add onto the job that really helped me out. I had a ceiling water leak that they identified during the install, and they shut off the water for me and bought a bucket to catch the dripping water. All they billed me for was at cost of the bucket--$6. And since I could not be there to put the blinds back up, they came back the next day to do it as a courtesy. A company I can really trust that treats my house like their own. I highly recommend."

"Overall, very well.  The project did take longer than I'd hoped, but Lee was very precise in measuring the window glass and making sure he acquired the appropriate glass for the different windows (1 window in 4 rooms).  Installation of the replacement glass on our second floor windows was complicated by the fact that we live inside loop 610 on a small lot. <br />"

"Texas Remodel did a great job on our new sunroom. They used quality materials and the craftsmanship was excellent. They always cleaned up after their work and left the site in perfect condition. We had to wait a number of months before beginning for some special order windows, but once construction began the job moved right along. We got cheaper bids but decided to "pay up" for their good reputation and we were not disappointed. Once again, you get what you pay for. Would definitely hire them again."
