2020,2019, 2018, 2017, 2016, 2015, 2014 and 2012 Super Service Award Winner in Remodeling General (and some years in New Home Construction)! Thank you for taking a look at Success Construction! We are a conscientious driven company that focuses on our customers needs and our shared environment. The homes and construction projects we build create a value that is unsurpassed by our competition. The home we build for you will be competitively priced; often has immediate equity when completed, and will save you 50% - 70% on your utility bills compared to homes built by our competitors and production builders. This equates to $100s of dollars in savings each month, as your quality home increases in value. We use only the best materials to build our home. Structurally this means your home is built to a higher standard with an outstanding warranty program and a workmanship guarantee that gives you peace of mind for years to come while you enjoy your home. However, great savings and outstanding quality wont invoke a sense of distinction without style being part of your home. We have partnered with creative architects, suppliers, and designers to make your home a visual representation of you. You have a style and sense of elegance that will be showcased by your new home. You also have a sense of community that Success Construction shares with you. When we build your new home, it will be with a sense of purpose and commitment to our environment. From recycling materials to choosing green building products, your home will be built with our earth in mind. And your commitment will continue long after your home is built with our reforestation contributions and smaller home energy consumption footprint. Value, quality, style, and conservation . Success Construction. Award winning . Additional email - greg@bawcon.com.
"We recently completed a home addition, and working with Greg with Success Construction was truly a five-star experience from start to finish. As an interior designer, I have a strong eye for detail and high expectations—and he exceeded them all. He was professional, ethical, and transparent throughout the entire process, with straightforward pricing and no surprises. His on-site crew was equally impressive: friendly, hardworking, punctual, and they kept the workspace incredibly tidy, which made a big difference for our family living in the home during construction. I would absolutely recommend him to anyone looking for high-quality work with an eye for craftsmanship and integrity."

K2 is proud to have received Angie’s List Top Honors for 14 years running. We design & build custom bathrooms, custom kitchens and outdoor entertainment spaces. We are now well into our second decade in business and have always carefully crafted beautiful spaces - and relationships - with people just like you. Are you ready to do something amazing with your home? Our innovative approach to design, material sourcing, and on-site construction helps you save money, gets projects finished quickly and leaves a mountain of value behind.
"Stay far away from this company. Original project went fine although it was expensive. However the past few months have shown me their true colors as I have tried to get some of the original work fixed. Be aware that they only warranty work for 12 months. We had the only four tiles on the step into our shower crack over the first year and I tried for months to contact them through email. No response. I finally left my name as a new customer, and they immediately called me (funny :)). They then asked for pictures and said they could fix it. I then discovered it would cost $600 to replace the four tiles they obviously installed incorrectly the first time. Correctly installed tiles would not all crack on the outer edge."

Let the Pro's Come to you! We specialize in superior home remodeling services. Our skilled team ensures timely, detailed work, covering everything from kitchens to complete makeovers. Satisfaction is our priority through clear communication and superior craftsmanship. Make Pro Remodels your choice for trusted and preferred home transformations.
"I had a deeply disappointing experience with this company during a recent remodeling project at my parents' home. While some aspects of the work were satisfactory, several significant issues remain unresolved: Poor Quality and Incomplete Work: Many areas were left unfinished or poorly executed, despite multiple walkthroughs and follow-up communications. Unprofessional Behavior: The team brought children to the job site without approval, disrupting the work environment. Lack of Cleanup: Dust and debris were left throughout our home after the work was "completed." Missing Documentation: We’ve repeatedly requested an itemized receipt and proof of worker licenses, but these have not been provided. They turned off our gas on a Friday and refused to come back to turn it on until Monday. We notified them of this on a Friday, and it should have been rectified. Terrible Communication: Emails, texts, and calls have gone unanswered, leaving us frustrated and without resolution. Additionally, we were bullied into signing off on completion of work (by Sapir) with the promise they would return to complete the issues that were pointed out. They never returned or communicated further with us despite reaching out on various occasions. I cannot recommend this company due to their lack of professionalism, poor communication, and failure to meet basic standards of quality and accountability."

"The good news is the old bathrooms that leaked are replaced. As long as you're not picky, don't look any closer. First of all, we like Don. He was always responsive and went out of his way on more than a few occasions. Master bathroom: The scope included demo of existing his/her vanities, shower, jacuzzi tub, floor tile, toilet, mirrors, light fixtures, and baseboards. The old shower stall was to be capped off and closed up to make room for extra drawers / storage. The old jacuzzi was turned into a larger shower space. Demo was quick. The plumber did a quick job of moving the drain for the new shower and getting the shower valve installed. We would find out later that the hot and cold water was swapped. The plumber came back and was able to turn the cartridge around so the handle operated as expected. The toilet was also set unlevel and the plumber came back to fix it. The electrician was also very quick and efficient with his work. We bought lighted mirrors so we got receptacles added to the walls where the new vanities would be installed. He made his best guess on location based on the installation diagrams showing the back of the mirror. It turned out the outlets would have been better placed an inch or two higher, but I can't fault him for that since his work was done immediately after demo before anything else was installed. The shower glass guys were great. They took their measurements and made sure to understand what we wanted as far as color (brushed nickel), the handle, and any accessories. When it came time for it to be installed there were no issues and they were efficient with their time. The cabinet guys were mostly good. They took measurements and everything fit in the given space. They drilled holes for the plumbing to give the inside the cleanest look and it fit exactly. The medicine cabinet doors were forgotten, but they brought those a couple days later. The chest of drawers in the big vanity were not equal in size as discussed. The bottom two drawers are the same size, while the top drawer is smaller. This was not brought up with Don as everything was already built and it was too far into construction. The granite countertop guys were great as well. They are a perfect example of the adage "measure twice, cut once." The countertops, sinks, and faucets fit perfectly. They said they would be back to seal the countertops when the guest bathroom countertops were put in but they needed to be sealed ASAP before the guest bathroom was to be started. Don understood this without saying and took the initiative to get granite sealer and cleaner from Lowes. Tile started out okay. We decided on a way to arrange the tile that would look best. We picked a nice blue/light brownish wood look tile. We weren't asking to pre-place tiles and nitpick placement, but to be strategic when pulling the next tile out (place brown on brown and blue on blue). The next day, the tile foreman said we can't do what we decided and he had said was okay just the day before, because we would run out of tile and it would take "too long". This didn't seem right. The tile foreman was rarely there and when he was, he was late. He also developed an attitude that we couldn't explain. His crew was good and followed the pattern we talked about and moved quickly. One guy completed most of the wall tile in one day. The next day, the tile foreman did the tile inside the shower space himself and took almost all day (how did the other guy finish more square footage while following the pattern if it would be "too slow" to consider?). The tiles were not arranged like we talked about and if you looked at it for two seconds it would be obvious. It seemed he was purposefully doing whatever he wanted to do. The day after that he wasn't here and his crew redid the tiles that were out of place. The shower niche was another example of the tile foreman being petty. We weren't sure about using the pebbles that were used for the shower floor as the backsplash and he suggested using the tile, but run vertically to contrast the horizontal tile. Great idea. We agreed. To separate the two niche compartments, he suggested using two pieces of tile sandwiched together as the shelf. We also agreed with that. They polished the tile edges for the shelf and it looked great. Later on after their job was completed, he said he didn't know why we did it that way. It was his suggestion! Additionally, the tile grout was supposed to be 3/16". When looking at the grout lines it is clear it is not 3/16" in all locations or straight. It ranges from slightly less than 3/16" to almost 5/16". When this was brought up to Don, he only pointed out that spacers were used. That's great because it's true they were used, but when the spacers are loose between tiles, that means that the space between is NOT 3/16". When the second tile contractor was here for the guest bathroom he pointed out that for this specific tile he would have done 1/8" grout lines and it made my thoughts validated. Note that Don said he will NOT use these tilers in the future. The worst for last... Painting of the new vanities was horrible. What we thought would surely be the easiest thing after experiencing the bumpiness of the tile installation turned out to be ridiculous. The vanities were unpainted from the cabinet supplier. The vanities were to be sprayed on site. I will never have this done again. I'm not sure if this is a normal thing, and if it isn't I'm not sure why it was done this way. Aside from the smell of the primer and paint (expected), the paint crew got paint literally everywhere in the bathroom (not expected). There was overspray on the new baseboards, all over the wall, on the new tile, and even splatter on the ceiling. After inspecting the cabinets the first time after the top coat was applied, it was clear another coat was needed. The paint crew came back the next day and sanded the cabinets and drawers to apply another coat. They sanded inside the house which caused a lot of extra dust. We also pointed out that nail holes had not been covered up"
